Letters to Editors Writing Event re: Shell Cracker!

One of the more potent ways of getting the word out about troubling issues like the massive as the Shell Petrochemical Plant and subsequent potential for petrochemical expansion is to write lots of letters to the editor, or LTE's, to local newspapers.
